At Past Perfect we pay special attention to the quality of our products and we take care of every order with consistency and responsibility. Please read our returns policy carefully so that the process is clear.

1. Non-refundable products

For reasons of quality, hygiene and to ensure the excellent condition of the products, we do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Small colours 150ml
  • Transfers
  • Fabrics
  • Furniture sold ready for use, restored and/or sold "as is"

We recommend that you carefully read the descriptions and see the pictures of the products before you buy.

2. Large colours 750ml

Large colours can be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that:

  • They have not been opened or used,
  • The packaging remains intact and clean,
  • There is proof of purchase.

After 7 days, no returns can be accepted.

3. Other products

For all other items, returns are accepted within 15 calendar days of receipt. Indicatively included are:

  • Paint brushes and tools
  • Stencils and decorative moulds
  • Knobs and decorative furniture elements
  • Finishing materials (varnishes, waxes, glazes, etc.)
  • Small objects and accessories

The products must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

4. Return procedure

  1. Contact us by email or phone, stating the order number and the product you wish to return.
  2. You will be given detailed instructions for the shipment.
  3. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or has been sent incorrectly.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, a credit voucher is issued for future purchases. No refunds are made under any circumstances.

5. Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit or is not what you ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt by sending us a photo. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a credit voucher.

Important clarifications

  • Returns of products that have been used or are not in their original condition/packaging are not accepted.
  • No refunds are made. The value of the refund is refunded exclusively through a credit voucher for future purchases.
  • Products returned without prior communication may not be accepted.
